At Base, we run a "scratch cooking" kitchen - everything on the menu is prepared in house and as much as possible, our high-quality ingredients and raw products are sourced locally, to reduce the food miles where we can and support fellow local businesses.

Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings see us serve our weekly changing set menu. This seven course can also be booked with specially selected, accompanying wine pairings.

Single service, beginning at 7pm prompt - pre-dinner drinks available from 6.30pm onwards. Your table is yours for the night! (Please note, occasionally our Exclusive evening menus will have more than one sitting and number of courses vary).

All dietary requirements and allergies can be catered for, both daytime and evening, please mention these upon booking, we're always happy to help and adjust our menus to suit your needs.
