Welcome to Base, contemporary restaurant holding one AA Rosette, set in the beautiful surroundings of Ford Park at the base of Hoad Hill in Ulverston. 

 

Since July 2020, guidance allowing, Base has been offering a family friendly exciting daytime menu and an evening restaurant menu packed full of flavour, proudly championing Cumbrian produce.

Our evening menu changes weekly and although table reservations fill up fast, there are sometimes last minute cancellations which open up opportunities, so keep an eye on this website and our social media to stay up-to-date with our menus and availability status.
